Admissions

Ready to start the process of seeking care for a loved one?

Our staff will make this transition as easy as possible and answer any and all of your questions.

We recommend calling our admissions team to speak to someone about the needs of your loved one and scheduling a tour of our short-term and long-term care communities. Contact us below!

Once you have seen the community and asked us any preliminary questions we will walk you through the paperwork process. We want to ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease with all of your questions answered. We will guarantee that your loved one is comfortable in their new home, adjusts to the schedule of meals and activities, and closely monitor their personal care plans.

We are a private pay community. If you have long-term care insurance and meet your policy’s requirements, it could cover a portion of the monthly rent.

What to expect:

Once you have talked to a staff member and scheduled a tour, please come with your insurance information, reasons for needing care, and any other questions you may have for us.

You can complete the admissions paperwork on your own if requested ahead of time, but we recommend filling out the paperwork with our staff to answer any questions you have.

Once you are done with the admissions process your loved one will arrive, be given a tour of the community, and meet their staff.

The admissions process can take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks depending on your timeline of services needed.
