Pam, a Michigan native, has been in Tennessee for more than two decades. She has almost 30 years of nursing experience, all in long-term care settings. She excels at connecting with the residents and their families, making sure any questions or concerns are answered thoroughly, and she goes above and beyond to make meaningful relationships with the residents and the staff. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and all their fur babies.
